“Top-rated” status in the 2008 Impulse Survey

For a third consecutive year, CRC has achieved “top-rated” status in the latest edition of the Impulse Survey.

We are the only focus group facility in Montreal to have been awarded this level of recognition for the quality of our service for three years straight.

Each year, moderators and other researchers are invited to rate each focus group facility they visit on such criteria as recruiting, location, staff, food, etc. “Top-rated” status is bestowed to a focus group facility that has reached a combined score denoting excellence.
